What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of digital experiences and identities, often starting from scratch. Whether it’s sketching a visual system or fine-tuning micro-interactions, you know how to turn concepts into living, breathing design.

This role is ideal if you’ve got 4–6 years of design experience, and feel at home working between structure and intuition — shaping strategy while keeping the soul of the work intact.

What You’ll Do

At Senti, we work across brand, product, and storytelling — with clients in the cultural, creative, and commercial space. As a design strategist, you’ll play a key role in guiding projects from insight to impact. You’ll help uncover what matters, define the vision, and shape the roadmap for the design team to follow.

You might be leading workshops, writing decks, or building frameworks — always in collaboration with designers, developers, and partners. It’s not about ticking deliverables, but creating clarity and connection through design thinking.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4–6 years experience in branding, strategy, or design.
  • Ability to distill complex problems into structured, strategic thinking.
  • Confident communicator in both writing and presentation.
  • Familiar with tools like Figma, Notion, Miro, and Keynote.
  • Curious, independent, and culture-aware.
