Snappie is a mobile app built for effortless photo sharing between friends, family, and communities. Our team was brought in to revamp the entire user experience—from onboarding to posting and browsing photos—with a focus on speed, clarity, and visual delight.

We started by mapping out the full user journey to identify friction points, particularly around group sharing and privacy settings. Through a combination of wireframes and prototypes, we introduced a smoother multi-step upload flow, quick-access privacy controls, and a lightweight feed interface for faster browsing.
